Nadejda Colesnicenco is a footballer and coach from the Republic of Moldova, born on June 28, 1996, in Tighina. With a career spanning over a decade in professional football, she played as a midfielder but can also operate as a central defender. She started her football journey at FC Bender in her hometown, then continued at Alga Tiraspol, where she won the Moldovan Cup in 2013 and 2015. Her move to Romania marked an important stage, playing for prestigious clubs such as sspolitehnica.ro Navobi Iași, Vasas Femina Odorheiu Secuiesc, Fortuna Becicherecu Mic, and most recently at Farul Constanța, where she became champion in the 2022-2023 season. On the international stage, Colesnicenco has been a consistent presence in the Moldovan women's national football team, participating in qualifications for the FIFA Women's World Cup and other European competitions. She has accumulated 57 appearances for the national team, demonstrating her dedication and value on the field. Prior to her transfer to Politehnica Timișoara in 2025, she also played for clubs in Iceland, Bulgaria, and Italy, broadening her experience in European football and adapting to different playing styles. Since July 2025, Nadejda Colesnicenco has been active at Politehnica Timișoara in a dual role, combining her activity as a player with that of a coach. Holder of a UEFA A License, she coordinates the club's Under 15 girls' team, passing on her experience to a new generation of female footballers.
