Ecaterina Cojocaru was born on September 2, 1995, in Chisinau and demonstrated remarkable musical talent from a very young age. At just three years old, she expressed her desire to become a singer, wearing beautiful clothes and organizing mini-concerts for her family. Her parents recognized her artistic potential and enrolled her in music school in 2006, where she studied music theory, learned to play the synthesizer, and took singing lessons. From 2010, she expanded her musical skills by studying the saxophone, developing a versatile artistic profile. Over the years, Ecaterina actively participated in numerous international music festivals and competitions, receiving multiple awards and recognitions. Among her remarkable achievements are awards at major festivals, as well as participation in the national selection for the Eurovision 2012 contest. Performing under the stage name KEYA, she also made a name for herself in contemporary projects, such as her spectacular appearance on the show "Canta acum cu mine," where she performed traditional Moldovan songs with a powerful voice and an original outfit that impressed the judges and the audience. Ecaterina Cojocaru is a multitalented artist who combines the art of music with fashion design, demonstrating creativity on multiple levels.
