Iulia Cernopolc, originally from Soroca, Republic of Moldova, is a remarkable professional in the field of international finance, currently working as a Financial Assistant at the European Commission, within the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) in Luxembourg. Her career began with a Blue Book traineeship in Brussels, where she contributed to the implementation of the InvestEU program, including organizing webinars with over 250 participants and developing visual maps for financial instruments. Subsequently, she managed budgets, monitoring, and reporting for EU investment programs, as well as relationships with public authorities, financial institutions, and institutional investors.
