Olesea Catruc was born in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, and completed her higher legal education at the European State University of Chisinau, obtaining an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2015, followed by a diploma in English-German translation in 2001. For over a decade, she has been active in the field of justice and legal consulting in Cyprus, serving as Senior Associate at AGPLAW | A.G. Paphitis & Co. LLC since 2011, specializing in corporate, real estate, immigration, and citizenship law. Her extensive experience includes comprehensive assistance to foreign clients, particularly from CIS countries, in permanent residency and Cypriot citizenship programs, as well as offshore services and company formation. As the Assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in Cyprus since 2002, Olesea Catruc actively contributes to bilateral relations and supports the Moldovan community on the island. She is the founder of O.C.M. Real Consulting LTD, where she offers comprehensive services in corporate, real estate, immigration, and citizenship law, accumulating over 16 years of expertise in navigating Cypriot legislation. Known for her professionalism, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills, she manages complex cases from inception to the final document acquisition, serving international clients with practical and creative "know-how." Fluent in Moldovan, Romanian, Russian, and English, with good knowledge of Greek, Olesea demonstrates remarkable dedication to clients through her ambitious and solution-oriented attitude.
