At the age of 17, she left to study communication with an emphasis on multimedia production at Fresno Pacific University in California, supported by scholarships and multiple part-time jobs, including English tutoring and artistic activities. After graduation, she pivoted to IT, intensively self-training and securing a job as a software tester, eventually joining Microsoft, where she has been working for 12 years as a product manager, coordinating product development and launch strategies, comparing her role to that of an orchestra conductor. At Microsoft, Adriana advanced rapidly, overcoming major challenges such as imposter syndrome and fierce competition through sustained effort and adaptability. She has managed diverse teams from all corners of the world, contributing to innovations in software technologies and promoting a culture of excellence. On a personal level, Adriana is married to a fellow Moldovan compatriot, with whom she is raising three daughters, prioritizing family while working remotely from Georgia.
