Ilinca Avram is a renowned journalist and television and radio presenter from the Republic of Moldova, with an impressive career that began in her childhood. At just 6 years old, she hosted her first concert in front of a thousand spectators, and later moderated the "Două inimi gemene" Festival and children's shows. At 18, she became a reporter and presenter for "Bună Dimineața" on Moldova 1, then attended the "Tudor Vornicu" television school in Bucharest, where she learned from mentors like Teo Trandafir and Alessandra Stoicescu. She worked at Jurnal TV and Jurnal FM as a special reporter for major events, a news and socio-political show presenter, and host of the morning show "Deșteptarea". Among her top achievements are hosting the 50th edition of the "Cerbul de Aur" Festival in 2018 and the Eurovision Romania National Selection 2019, being the first Bessarabian woman in these roles. Her career has been constantly intertwined between Chișinău and Bucharest, collaborating with institutions such as TVR Moldova, where she was the host of the show "Matinalii" broadcast simultaneously on TVR 3 and TVR Internațional, Jurnal TV, Jurnal FM, as well as in international productions. She worked on Hollywood projects with Steven Seagal, Hallmark movies, and the Discovery Channel documentary "Harley and the Davidsons" as an assistant producer and director. Diversifying her activity, she launched a clothing brand and the "Arta Comunicării" workshop, where she teaches interactive diction and public speaking courses, with an emphasis on practice (90%) and fun exercises, winning appreciation from students such as project managers, food bloggers, and female students from Chișinău and the USA. She is also a Special Representative of CCF Moldova, getting involved in social campaigns like "Povești de-acasă" for children from vulnerable families. Ilinca Avram emphasizes empathy, respect, and managing emotions in front of an audience, considering diction a form of self-respect. She participated in shows like "Istorii cu Tâlc" on TVR Moldova, where she shared life lessons: "I came away with the power to change things" and the importance of not whipping yourself, but rather offering a smile. With over 10,000 hours of live TV broadcasting, 3,000 on radio, and 1,000 at events, she remains an active figure in Moldovan journalism, promoting authentic communication and social involvement.
