Cornelia Amihalachioaie is a recognized specialist in public administration and digital innovation, with over 20 years of experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She has been highly active in the Republic of Moldova, particularly at the e-Government Agency, where she was responsible for monitoring and evaluation, social innovation, and the permanent OpenGov dialogue mechanism. Her notable achievements include presentations and projects on the digital transformation of governance, open data initiatives, the redesign of public services through design thinking, and the promotion of e-democracy, supported by numerous presentations at international conferences, such as the Open Government Partnership Global Summit 2018 in Tbilisi. Since 2021, Cornelia has been working in Brussels, Belgium, as an Adviser for Innovation and Programme Management at the European Factories of the Future Research Association (EFFRA), a European industrial association promoting innovative manufacturing technologies and a private partner of the European Commission in the 'Made in Europe' public-private partnership under Horizon Europe.
