Sorina Dodu is a finance professional based in the United States, known for her financial leadership role at Stryker. She currently holds the position of Director, Finance Operations Performance Measurement, having previously served as Senior Manager for CRM Costa Rica Finance Center – MSNT divisions and Senior Manager within the company's global training, engagement, and development programs. Her work has focused on connecting finance teams and improving training and development processes for employees in global finance structures. Throughout her career at Stryker, which began in 2016, Sorina has had a significant impact on global finance training programs, coordinating initiatives for internships, rotational programs, and the development of technical skills for international teams. In 2022, she also completed an expatriate assignment in Warsaw, Poland, where she supported the setup of a Business Center, further solidifying her experience in global financial operations. Prior to Stryker, she worked for five years at Deloitte, where she managed teams involved in risk-based audits for public and private companies across various industries. Born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, Sorina Dodu came to the United States as a scholarship student in an exchange program, later continuing her studies at Western Michigan University, where she earned degrees in Accounting and Economics. She lives in Kalamazoo with her husband, Andrew, and their son, Theo, and in her free time, she participates in cultural events, travels, and reads. Her professional journey reflects rigor, adaptability, and a constant contribution to the development of financial leadership in an international environment.
